How to Overcome your Fear and Anxiety

I am sure most of us have these two feelings quite frequently in our lives. You may be really surprised to know that the reason why Fear and Anxiety both have such an influential control on us is owing to the fact that we actually have a subconscious desire for or an expectation of happening. It may be hard to accept this fact but it is true.

If you want to be relieved from this feeling of Fear or Anxiety, all that you have to do is simply concentrate on the present fear or anxiety that you are experiencing. Now what is it that you fear right now? What is it that you do not want to happen? After knowing this now dwell on these. What can happen if this occurs? Focus on this aspect and visualize that it has happened. This exercise will help you overcome the anxiety and should the fear re-appear follow the same technique. You will be surprised that after a while the fear slowly vanishes, it’s a subconscious process which will help you overcome the feeling of Fear and Anxiety.
