There has been a change in the kind of terrorists now. It is no more people living in poverty or of depravation and in sub human scenario executing suicide missions. It was believed that this kind of extreme action by anyone was owing to the circumstances of hopelessness that they face. They would envision that their act of a suicide mission would advance a particular cause as they would not be able to advance their cause in a more conventional way like mass opinion or political means, hence the path chosen.
But of late the trend has shifted to much different scenario where in terrorist teams appear to be made up of professionals who are able to mingle homogeneously into the western societies. These new units of terrorists are planning and executing the suicidal attacks.
